Ok, it's been a while since I've updated here but I'd put that down to me getting an evil livejournal account where you can catch up on my life. So what have I been up to?

I put my gallery in storage for a while to stop snooping parents from reading unsuitable items but now I can't get them back I haven't written anything down in ages but it's christmas now and I'll be doing a lot of long lonely journeys so I'll probably get some stuff down. Debating whether to submit things here or whether to send them off to be published.. I've read things in national newspapers that are far worse than some of the things I've written - not sure if that's just the editor's bad taste though.

I want to get some prints of Chiho Aoshima's work. It's so intricate and beautiful (if not a little surreal ) She's quickly becoming one of my favourite artists.

Mainly I've been doing uni work which is getting really hard. My last assignment nearly made my head explode. I ended up leaving it right until the last minute just so I could get some experience in primary schools before I wrote anything stupid. In addition to that I've been on placement all week and there've been loads of christmas parties that I've had to miss to either get some sleep before exhausting myself in school or finish the evil assignment of doom. All done now though and I'm going to go home on Monday or Tuesday depending which is cheaper by train..

I love christmas but it doesn't feel christmassy yet.. I haven't had a christmas tree or any decorations or anything and nobody seems to be in the christmas spirit.. I'm hoping that will change when I get home or at least when I go to Ireland and see the kids. Kids make christmas

Long journal but like the evil assignment of doom and the first semester it's now over.
